Other than that, yes it appears fine. There was one other issue rendering transparency in an object with antialiasing turned on, but I tried it in 1.6k and it appears you already fixed it.

No other issues encountered with the features I've used since it's release.

Well I still can't get it to manifest on demand, but twice last night it appeared to be the same sequence that triggered it. 3 clients connected, GM (me) rolls a Global Die Macro to myself for a skill check. Then a player sends a global die macro to Everyone, and the Script error occurs to me. The s...

Simultaneous Token and Portrait Swapping

"Pressing a token-swapping hotkey while holding down the Shift and Control keys will now swap both the current token and the current portrait of a selected unit simultaneously." I don't get that. I get asked if I want to quit BRPG. Doesn't matter if I use left or right versions of those keys. I can ...

I will once TS 3 gets out of beta, since the echo-cancellation feature will be a huge boon. TS3 is very stable. Haven't had any problems with the beta. (Didn't even realize it was still in beta til you mentioned it in fact) Thanks, Omnidon. I'll try it this week. The lack of a GUI for the server is...

Well, I suppose that's a good question, for which I can provide little answer. I can't very well conduct a game session without Teamspeak, and I'm sure it would take at least an hour of playing to determine this answer. FYI, I've always been using Teamspeak since I started BRPG. Seems a bit unlikely...

Intermittent script errors on die rolls

I can't figure out what's causing this behavior, or reproduce it on-demand, but it's definitely happening to me. 3-5 times in a 3 hour session, I will get a script error when a player rolls a die macro. No die macro in particular. Sometimes this error will result in the Dice Roll Results window bein...

FYI, this bug still manifests occasionally for 1.6j. Shift-R usually works to reset it, but once last night it did not appear to work, and a player had to restart BRPG.

Once of my biggest pains is when a new version of BRPG requires a new format for encounters, and/or a new version of the "user cast.cxt". It's a tedious process to convert all your deployments & encounters, and to export all your media and re-import it to the new version. And it's easy to miss one. ...

What also would have worked is if once you got BRPG to launch, you moved the artpacks to the "Disabled Artpacks" folder, then used the "Purge/Refresh Artpacks" command. Nope; tried it. I could not move the files once BRPG was running, because the files were considered to be 'in use'. Even with no e...

No, BRPG won't lauch at all without the Artpacks. I put the Artpacks back in, but then I get the errors again when I connect to the GM client with an Encounter with content from those Artpacks. With a fresh installation of BRPG, I copied most of the folders from the old install into the fresh one, d...

Separate Client Installation asking for Map Packs

I have a separate (unlicensed) client installation in a different folder, different executable name, matching .ini file name. I was having some problems with loading maps from the Map Packs (BMP, in particular); it was giving a script error when the Client connected if a map from the Base Map Pack w...

FFOs only appear to change in size. In fact, they are simply discarding their scaling setting from the Unit Settings panel, since FFOs are unaffected by zoom level. Well, that makes perfect sense now that you put it that way.... The true bug here would be that FFOs should not display the Movement G...

Free Floating Objects

Is there a reason that FFO's resize themselves compared to non-free-floating? (i.e. toggle FF status and the object's size changes). If there's no reason, it's a bug. Not a huge one, but one nonetheless. Also, another cosmetic issue is that the number/directional overlay on an FFO appears displaced ...

Well, I was going to. Going by your suggestion to make the object a small version of the object, then make the portrait the current token, you can't always tell what the object is until you mouse over it. Because of this, I think I've decided it would work better to use a separate Icon to place on t...

Notes for a Free Floating Object come up behind the object

I don't think this is by design.

If the object isn't free-floating, then the Notes pop up in front like I would expect, but as soon as you make it free-floating they come up behind the object.

Re: Objects saved as Deployment auto-hide after loading (2 bugs)

Thus I saved these objects as a deployment--which I wasn't sure if I could do or not--and that worked okay. However, you have to ctrl-click on each object because objects don't get selected when you drag the marquee. You can tell simply because the button to Save Deployment stays 'greyed out'. Yes,...

Objects saved as Deployment auto-hide after loading (2 bugs)

I was playing around with your suggestions on this topic regarding "Place an object, set the Portrait to be the current token, set the object to be Free-Floating, and then do an "Edit object...: to scale it way down." It's a good idea which I hadn't thought of (although I probably would have if I pl...

Re: Bugs in 1.6i

3. Sometimes a player/GM will be unable to open the Roll Dice or Dice History windows. We have no idea what causes this. The only way to get rid of this is to exit and restart the program. This happened about 5 times during our 4 hour session, and happened to 4 separate people include the GM. (I co...

Improved behaviour: per-token Portraits

For my purposes, I think it would be an improvement if the portrait selection were saved per-token. I.e. when token A is selected, Portrait A is shown, but when token B is selected, it switches to Portrait B rather than forcing you to manually make the change. It has to be adaptable enough, obviousl...

To clarify, this does not happen while the Unit Manager window is open.

The UM allows you to select the locked/tiled object in question, and after you close the UM window it remains selected and you can freely rotate it.

Alternate Token cancelling bug

This appears to be the same bug reported here as Issue #1.

However, it only affects figures which have alternate tokens that have a different base size (e.g. a werewolf with a 1 hex human form and a 2x1 hex wolf form), and only when it is an alternate token that is currently selected.

Base type isn't displayed properly

I think this bug has been around a while actually. If you go back in and edit a figure after you've created it, it doesn't display the previously chosen base type properly. Sometimes it shows None, sometimes it's nonsense characters (like if you'd chosen Friendly previously). Again, not a huge issue...

Minor issue: locked/tiled object can still be rotated

Like I said, it's a minor issue, but if you select an Object using the Unit Manager, you can still rotate it even though it may be Locked and/or Tiled. In fact if it's only Locked, all you need to do is Right-click on it, and it will be selected so you can rotate it. Left-clicking doesn't allow you ...

I'm going to suggest waiting as well. It's only been 2 weeks, and if you really want to make this the official release then it's going to take a bit more time to make sure the bugs are gone. In particular, my encounters of late are rather large and take a long time to finish--several weeks. This mea...
