Heheh well the Categories Hierarchy mod for phpBB2 proved very resistant to bots. I added the CH mod to the BG forums back in 2007 and we got pretty much no spam until now. Probably still would be bot-proof if it was still being developed. That's a big problem with open source. Someone makes a modu...

Since moving to Drupal a few years ago I've never been hacked like I was constantly with PHPBB and other forum software. Of course Drupal's forum is pretty basic. I mainly use it for the content management stuff.

Due to customer feedback, we've included another set with drop shadows attached normally. You'll find these in the DropShadow folder when you unzip the files.

Anyone who has purchased this set should be able to re-download. If not, please let me know.

Have you seen the new dice macro selection and auto-rolling options in v1.2d and higher? If not, I'll post a screenshot tomorrow for you. And I suppose in a future release I could see about adding user-definable hotkeys to activate a given dice macro. The chat shortcut you suggest would seem to be ...

When a macro is created, is there a shortcut way of executing it? I didn't see anything like that. Ideally doing it in chat would be the best way something like /m Rifle1.

Otherwise I'm not sure how useful the macros are except for really complex rolls.

Hello, thought I might pop in and say hello. Oh I agree I could put a lot more work into the tokens, and I plan too. But the problem is simply: time, and my lack of it. Since this is essentially my hobby, it has to take second place to the things I do to pay the rent, especially when those projects...

I prefer diceless Freestyle, where the GM creates a custom setting for each game, without the burden and restrictions of rulebooks. It allows the GM to weave a much more detailed atmosphere, but requires more roleplaying skill than what is found in most players. I never understood such a thing. Why...

Lol, I still don't think they really need re-touching. It's all going to be in the eye of the beholder what's best for them. As we've seen in various forums, some people want the drop shadow, some don't, some people want bases, some don't, some want shadowy renders, some don't, some like them dark, ...

You guys didn't leave reviews on RPGNow?? For shame! Actually the vendor could have put a little more effort into this. all the males are the same character. He could have done some turning of the morph dials to make them at least a little different. The poses in the few samples on the RPGNow ad are...

I'm not so sure about that. There is no reason that they can't convert all of their minis into 3d minis using 3d scanning technology. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the models for their minis weren't modeled in 3d to begin with. I sure wouldn't want that, their minis are horrible. Considering Wot...

Well, you can disregard. It wasn't all sites, just one, and it's because of a change I made that SHOULDN'T have caused such a problem. I guess my overactive imagination made it seem like it was more than one site.

Happening on both FF and IE7. Hard to say if it's on all web sites/forms, because some have intermediate pages which don't display but process the form data, then direct you to another page. It's more apparent on those sites which don't do that, like RPGMapShare. I've had no problem until yesterday....

Browser question

Got some weird behavior that started recently. When I submit a form on a web page, like this message, I get a blank page as a result, but the form is submitted successfully.

I've cleared my cache and cookies, rebooted, but it's still happening.

Anyone have any ideas?

I agree, looks pretty nice!

Did you do it all from scratch? Or did you tweak a pre-fab package? I'm all for tweaking and not re-inventing the wheel if I can help it.
